Three words: imperfect, on purpose. Bb.Editorial Stylist Jimmy Paul wanted the styles at Self-Portrait to look like they were done in two seconds, on day-two hair. Short cuts were raked back, while longer hair was randomly pinned into a messy pompadour. Stylists used Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil to achieve a shiny (but not greasy) texture.
